How to Download the Entire Photo Gallery
To download the entire Collection or Gallery*:
Click on the download icon at the top right of the Collection
Enter your email address and the download PIN**
Confirm the Galleries to download, the desired resolution, and the delivery method.
*The collection contains your gallery (or galleries, if you have worked with LSP multiple times).
**If you did not receive a download PIN, downloads were not included in your session fee or your session fee has an outstanding balance
Clients can choose to have the photos saved to their device (via a .ZIP file sent to the email address they provide), or to your Google Photos or Dropbox account. If you choose to save the photos to your device, you can unzip/extract the download to save the image files it contains. f they choose Google Photos or Dropbox, the images will be available to view/download in their account.
When clients download the entire Collection, the images will be delivered in .ZIP format. Most computers will already come with some sort of unzip program, in which case they can just follow a couple of quick steps, and the computer will start the unzipping process automatically.
Mac Computer:
1. Locate the Downloaded .ZIP file
2. Double-click the file - your Mac will automatically unzip the file so the images can be viewed
PC/Windows Computer:
1. Locate the Downloaded .ZIP file
2. Right-click the .ZIP file
3. Select "Extract All" or "Extract Here", and the contents of .ZIP file will be extracted as a normal folder so the images can be viewed
