Pro-tip - book a mini session during the summer months June-August. The studio is not nearly as busy and there is always extra time for indoor AND outdoor photos.

I have exciting news to share! I am thrilled to announce a new portrait session option available at the Logan Square Photo Studio, which is located in the Kimball Arts Center.

This Chicago family decided to bring some class to their annual family photo session. They showed up at the studio in matching sleek black suits and dresses, looking effortlessly stylish.

Horner Park is one of my favorite spots for family photography with it's huge old trees and lush natural prairie grass. I'm excited to photograph Fall mini sessions at the park this year!

There's something special about capturing the early moments of a newborn's life. In a recent session at the Logan Square Photo Studio, I had the pleasure of photographing a sweet baby and their furry friend.

Chicago summer is here! What better time or place for family photos? It might be hard to visualize but your neighborhood has a billion great photo backgrounds with the right eye and light. This Chicago family joined me for a walk through their old hood, posing in doorways and belly laughing all the way down Milwaukee avenue. The kids had a blast AND Miko’s at the end of the session. What could be better?

Afternoon at the 606 park in Chicago was the ideal setting for some classic family photos. The greenery provided a beautiful backdrop, and the soft light of late Spring added a lovely touch to the photos.

It was so much fun to travel to the Chicago suburbs to photograph this lovely lady and her family!
