1. Limit of Liability

Logan Square Photo (LSP) takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, transportation, and processing of photographs, including the use of professional and backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event that photographs are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond LSP’s control, LSP’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received, including the session fee.

LSP does not guarantee the capture of any specific image(s) or the achievement of any particular aesthetic outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to hold harmless LSP, its officers, agents, and employees from any liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from claims for injury to persons or damage to property related to this agreement.

You can opt in or out: Model Release & Image Use: The Client grants LSP the irrevocable right to use and publish photographs of the Client and/or their children for portfolio, social media, editorial, trade, advertising, and other lawful purposes.

LSP Cancellation: Sessions may be cancelled by LSP at any time. If LSP cancels for any reason, LSP will return to client all deposits and payments made.

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

All session fees are due on the date of the session. Your card will be charged for remaining balances if the total invoice has not been received by the day of your session or in accordance with our cancellation policy. 

While every effort is made to honor requested locations, LSP reserves the right to modify the session location or start time due to logistical challenges. In such cases, LSP will offer a reschedule or full refund. 

Delivery Timeline: Proof galleries will be delivered within two (2) weeks of the session date.

Expedited delivery (as soon as 48 hours) may be available upon written request prior to the session and is not guaranteed. 

The session fee covers the reserved time slot, not the number of images produced. Late arrival by the Client will reduce shooting time and may result in fewer images. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. 

Image Selection & Archiving: Client-selected images for detailed editing must be chosen within thirty (30) days of gallery delivery. Selections made after this period may incur a $50 archive retrieval fee.

Photography packages include a limited number of client-selected images for custom editing, as specified in the purchased package. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have reviewed the details of my selected package. 

By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to receive communication from LSP via email and/or text message regarding their session. 

Client acknowledges that they have reviewed LSP's portfolio and are hiring LSP based on its photographic and editing style. Final images will be edited at LSP's artistic discretion and no specific style, pose, expression or composition is guaranteed.
